For National Growing for Wellbeing Week, we enjoyed a fun and interactive game with our young friends from the local childminder's group. Together with our residents, the children decided which foods were healthy and which were "not so healthy" by feeding them to a smiley face or a sad face. A wonderful way to learn about healthy eating while sharing smiles across generations! 😊🍎🥕

Keeping skills up to date is essential. Kinga and Cristi completed this year's moving and handling refresher that included new techniques and equipment. It’s reassuring to know that our team has direct access to knowledgeable, hands-on trainers who help ensure best practice is maintained throughout our care home.

Today we organised a special Cheese & Wine Afternoon to celebrate Meg as she embarks on a new chapter beyond our care home.
While it was a bittersweet occasion and we'll certainly miss her, we are delighted for her and wish her every happiness in the future. Residents and staff enjoyed an afternoon filled with laughter, games, love music, delicious treats, and plenty of fun in the garden as we shared memories and wished Meg all the very best for her next adventure!
