Thank you Sophia, Bassett Breasties for hosting and allowing me to provide a demonstration to everyone.

It was great to see so many people taking life saving skills so seriously and wanting to learn.

Looking forward to the next session.

Thank you so much to everyone who came out today for the Infant First Aid Session from the amazing FS 1st Aid Training.

Frances and I were both astounded at the turnout, especially in braving the heat outside today!

We both hope you found the session valuable and learnt some new skills (though obviously we hope you don’t need to ever to use them!).

We are busy planning the next date for a future session for those who were unable to attend today.

🌡 Temperatures are forecast to be high today. If you know someone who struggles to manage the heat, check in and help them stay cool. Close curtains on windows that face the sun, open windows when its cooler outside than in (when it is safe to do so) and turn off any unnecessary electrical items. Remember it is sometimes cooler sitting in a park under a tree than it is in a home that is too hot.
