Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, stepdads, grandads and father figures.

For those lucky enough to spend today with their children, enjoy every moment.

For the dads who won’t see their children today, don’t lose hope. Keep being the father they need, even from a distance. Life changes, circumstances change and this chapter won’t last forever.

Keep going. Your children will always know who never stopped loving them.

THE FINAL 31KM. THE FINAL PUSH.

This Sunday at 8am, we hit the tarmac for the final leg of the 496 Challenge.

What started as a challenge has become a movement. Every mile, every early start, every aching leg has been for a purpose far bigger than ourselves raising awareness and fighting for better mental health.

The finish line is in sight, but the mission continues.

Whether you want to walk, bike, run, or simply cheer from the sidelines, we'd love your support.

We'll be starting from The Wrekin Giant & following the Primal Instincts Walk 'n' Talk route, which is approximately 5km. You don't need to take on the full 31km to get involved come along & complete the 5km route with us, show your support, and be part of the journey.

We recently started a GoFundMe and thanks to the kindness of our community we had raised a large sum of money which would have benefited the men who need help.

Sadly today, due to an issue with GoFundMe all of the donations have been returned and the total currently stands at £10.
