Breath guides our movement and integrates awareness of our body with helping us feel present and creating transformation.
During our yoga practice we incorporate breathing techniques to regulate our nervous system which in turn helps to find calm amongst the chaos and quieten our breathing.
As your breath calms and slows, your nervous system regulates and your mind can find peace.
