📢 Missed Appointments in October

In October, 327 appointments were missed (DNA - Did Not Attend).

❌ Missed appointments mean valuable clinical time is lost and can delay care for other patients who need an appointment.

✅ If you can no longer attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to another patient.

📢 Website Update - Accessing eConsult via the NHS App

Following our recent post regarding our website currently being unavailable, we wanted to remind patients that you can still submit an eConsult through the NHS App.

📱 How to submit an eConsult using the NHS App:

1️⃣ Open the NHS App and sign in.

2️⃣ Select Services.

3️⃣ Choose Contact your GP about a health problem.

4️⃣ Follow the link to our online consultation service.

5️⃣ Complete the online form, providing as much information as possible.

6️⃣ Submit your request for the practice team to review.

✅ No need to queue on the phone
✅ Secure and confidential
✅ Quick and convenient way to contact your practice

If you have not yet downloaded the NHS App, it is available free from your device's app store.

🚨 IMPORTANT PATIENT UPDATE – WEBSITE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE 🚨
We would like to make patients aware that our website provider has unexpectedly gone into administration. As a result, our practice website is currently unavailable.
Please be assured that we are working urgently with the ICB and in liaison with NHS England to put alternative arrangements in place and commission a new website supplier as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this process is likely to take several days.
✅ The practice remains open and all other services are operating as normal.

📞 Contact the practice by telephone as usual
💊 Order repeat prescriptions via the NHS App
🩺 Submit eConsults through the NHS App
📧 Use our usual communication channels for any enquiries
📱 If you do not already use the NHS App, we encourage patients to do so during this period. The NHS App allows you to order repeat prescriptions, submit online consultations, view your health information, and access other NHS services without needing to visit our website.

We appreciate this may cause some inconvenience and would like to thank all our patients for their patience and understanding while we work to resolve the situation.
We will provide updates as soon as we have further information and will let everyone know when normal website services have been restored.
