☀️👣 A Little Summer Break for Happy Feet 👣☀️

Happy Feet Foot Health is taking a little two-week summer break while I switch off, spend some quality time with my girls and enjoy the school holidays. 💚🌊

I’m incredibly grateful to all of my lovely clients for keeping me so busy, and I’m very happy to say that I’m currently fully booked until the second week of September! 🥰

I will still respond to messages and appointment enquiries when I can, but replies may be a little slower than usual while I’m off.

Thank you so much for your continued support and recommendations. It really does mean a lot to my little business. 👣💚

💚 I’m Back! 💚

Firstly, I just want to say a massive thank you to every one of my lovely clients. ❤️

The last couple of weeks haven’t gone to plan as I’ve been quite poorly, and I honestly can’t thank you enough for your patience, understanding and all of your kind messages. It really means the world to me.

I’m back to work this week and am working my way through rebooking everyone who had their appointments postponed, while also keeping up with my existing bookings. Please bear with me if I haven’t been in touch just yet. I promise I haven’t forgotten about you!

Running a small business means that when I’m unwell, everything has to pause for a little while, so I’m incredibly grateful for how supportive you’ve all been.

☀️ DRY, CRACKED HEELS BEFORE SUMMER? ☀️

If your heels are looking dry, rough or starting to crack… now is the perfect time to start fixing them.

The good news? You don’t need to scrub them endlessly.

✨ One of the best ways to soften and improve dry heels is using a urea-based foot cream regularly.

Why urea?

👣 Helps draw moisture into the skin
👣 Softens hard, dry build-up
👣 Supports smoother, healthier-looking heels
👣 Can help reduce cracking over time

Top tip:

Apply your urea cream daily (especially before bed) and pop on cotton socks overnight for extra hydration 🧦 A cream with at least 10%-25% urea is best.

But if your heels are painful, deeply cracked or not improving, professional treatment can safely remove excess hard skin and help get your feet summer-ready.
