📢 Important Information for Our Patients 📢

Please make sure you respond if NHS England contacts you about your GP registration.

NHS England is reviewing GP patient records across the country to make sure practice lists are accurate and up to date. As part of this process, some patients may be contacted if there has been little or no recent contact with their GP surgery.

You may receive a text message, email or letter from NHS England, Primary Care Support England (PCSE), or Three Spires Medical Practice asking you to confirm:

- Your current contact details
- That you still live within our practice boundary
- That you wish to remain registered with Three Spires

Please don't ignore these requests

If you receive a request, it is important that you reply promptly. Failure to respond could result in NHS England removing you from our patient list as part of its national patient list review.

This process is carried out by NHS England and is not something the practice can control.

If you continue to live within our practice area and wish to remain registered with us, simply follow the instructions provided in the message or letter you receive.

If your registration is removed, you may have to complete a new registration before you can access routine GP services.

What should I do?
If you are contacted, please confirm your details as soon as possible. This will help us keep your records accurate and ensure you can continue to use Three Spires'
services without disruption.

📢 Important Update: MenB Vaccination Programme

Patients eligible for the new MenB (Meningococcal B) vaccination programme are advised that this service is being delivered through participating community pharmacies, rather than GP practices. The national programme commenced in July 2026 as a pharmacy-led service.

If you believe you may be eligible, please contact your local community pharmacy for information on appointment availability and eligibility criteria.

Practice Training Closure Notice – Today

A reminder that our Practice will be closed from 1:00pm today, Wednesday 29th April 2026, for essential staff training.

If you have an urgent medical concern during this time, clinical cover will be in place to ensure you can still access appropriate care. Calls regarding urgent medical concerns will be transferred to Kernow Health for clinical triage.

For routine enquiries, please contact us via the normal channels from tomorrow morning at 8am.
