What an Open Day! 🎉

Yesterday, we celebrated the completion of a full refurbishment of our Coach House residential service in Burton upon Trent - transforming the service and taking it to a whole new level.

Coach House is the latest of our Burton residential services to benefit from investment. Across the site, Coach House, River Lodge, and Trent View have all now undergone full refurbishments thanks to Lifeways' £700,000 investment 💙

To celebrate Learning Disability Week, Lifeways teamed up with The Odell Centre, Spectrum Days and Worcestershire County Council to host a fantastic week of sports and activities! 🏅

Across Worcestershire, inclusive events gave the people we support the opportunity to try a range of sports and activities. From exciting games of table tennis to energetic Zumba sessions, the week was packed with fun, movement and new experiences.

Massive congratulations to the team at our Ivy Cottage Supported Living service in Stoke-on-Trent! 🎉

At the recent Stars of Social Care Awards, they received a Highly Commended accolade in the Complex Care Team category after supporting a person through a very difficult period.

💬“It’s been a challenging period, but we are incredibly proud to have supported the person we support through it and to see them return to their usual self. Moments like this put our work into perspective and make it all worthwhile," said Service Manager Samantha Harrington.
