Tomorrow we’ll be heading to the National Neurodiversity Show in Wigan, and we genuinely can’t wait.
These events are always one of the highlights of my year. Of course, we love having the opportunity to speak and share what we’ve learned through our work in our clinics and workshops.
Over the years we’ve met so many incredible people at these shows. Parents looking for answers, adults who are beginning to understand themselves through a new lens, professionals who are passionate about making a difference, and families navigating the realities of neurodivergent life.
I’ll be speaking about eating with ADHD and autism, exploring the role of genes, the microbiome, executive functions, appetite, and the many factors that can influence our relationship with food. It’s a topic that’s incredibly close to my heart, both professionally and personally.
If you’re attending, please do come and say hello. We’ll be on the So Nutrition stand throughout the day and we’d love to meet you, hear your story, answer your questions, or simply have a chat.
Looking forward to catching up with old friends, meeting new faces, and spending the day surrounded by a community that continues to inspire me. See you tomorrow NNS team!
