What you missed in the studio lately… ✨

It’s been a beautiful few weeks behind the scenes.
From welcoming Lauren to the team and seeing Jade take over Barre, to slowing down together for a special instructor sound bath and social time, there’s been so much happening beyond the reformer.

And, of course, plenty of milestones celebrated, progress made and little moments that remind us why we love what we do.
