No shows are really hard for all businesses, especially small ones! We understand that things happen but if you can’t make your appointment, please message.

If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, unless there is an emergency, your rebooked appointment will now require a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking. This is not something I like doing but recently events leave me with no choice.
