Really productive day, getting house clean and in order now kids are all out the house and eldest is in work at 6am……… it’s amazing the stuff you can get done when your not hearing ‘muuuuummmmmm’ all day long 😂
Big volume SF60 today using my 12kg bells. Got 11 rounds of the 1st Ladder complex, all 12 rounds of the EMOM at 6reps per round and 6 rounds of the AMRAP…….. not bad for an 80’s chick 🤪

In the Zen Den tonight with clients…… a nice contrast to all that masculine energy I’ve existed in today 💖💖💖
