A lovely visit from Regent Funeral Services today! 👋

It’s always a pleasure to welcome local funeral directors through our doors, and we were delighted to have the Regent team visit us.

Scott Gordon, their sales representative, regularly supports the team, and Regent Funeral Directors also make the trip to us to collect their coffins. It was lovely to have the opportunity to welcome them in and show our appreciation for their continued support.

Kara Henshaw also enjoyed capturing some fabulous photographs of their visit! 📸

A big thank you to everyone at Regent Funeral Directors for their continued support. We always value the relationships we have with our local funeral director community. ❤️

Supporting collaboration across the funeral industry🤝

Last night Nigel Green-Smith attended the Kent Area National Association of Funeral Directors meeting at The Garden of England Crematorium in .

The evening saw Grant Marshall take on the role of President for the next two years, with the existing committee remaining in place. A huge congratulations Grant! 👏👏

And there were plenty of discussions including NAFD updates, local crematorium reports, Pure Crematorium's operations and Kent Council's forward planning for summer 2027, including mortuary capacity and local resources.

These meetings provide valuable opportunities for funeral directors to share knowledge, discuss developments and stay connected across our profession.

Keeping a busy factory running smoothly takes more than the work on the production floor. There’s also the upkeep, repairs and those little jobs that rarely stay little for long! 🔧

A big thank you to Brett, our one-man maintenance team, for his efforts looking after our factory and helping the working day run that bit smoother.

There’s plenty happening behind the scenes at JC Atkinson, and we’re grateful for the people who keep it all moving.
