Part of my morning routine

I begin every day with clearing any attachments, blocks, elementals, shadow people, curses, hexes, dark magic or negative energy that I have created accepted absorbed in the previous 24 hours and forgiving any senders and placing us all into light

I then have a set of prayers, a blessing box, a healing list and a long chat with the universe

Then itā€™s grounding and mediation, the tree and root system visualisationā€¦ I finish by placing myself in a platinum ball of energy, visualising all the chakras lit up and ever expanding away from me, like giants hoops.

Then I burst that sphere of energy out to ā€˜anyone connected with me or who has crossed my pathā€™ and then the world šŸŒ

If everyone consistency did this each day, those waves of energy would make a difference

My life has changed for the better a zillion times since putting my full faith in the universe, in the process, in me šŸ’«
