Happy International Dog Day!

This special day takes place every year on 26th August, when fellow dog parents come together to celebrate our little fur babies and raise awareness of the number of dogs that need to be rescued each day. πŸΎπŸΆπŸ•β€οΈ

Finding reliable information about ADHD can sometimes feel overwhelming. That's why we're excited to introduce ConnectPlus for people experiencing ADHD symptoms across Somerset!

The first of its kind to be introduced by an adult ADHD service in England, the app has been created by our Adult ADHD Service and technology partner to give people easy access to advice, helpful tools and support throughout their journey.

ConnectPlus brings everything together in one place, helping people better understand their symptoms, keep track of appointments, find local support and learn practical ways to improve their wellbeing.

The app grows with each person's needs, offering the right information at the right time and helping people feel more confident and in control of their care.

This is about making sure people feel supported, listened to and empowered to make informed choices about their healthπŸ’™
