Meet Olivia 👋

We’re delighted to welcome Olivia, the newest member of the AJ Physio team.

Olivia graduated from the University of Chichester in 2021 with a degree in Sports Therapy and has since built extensive experience in professional and semi-professional football.

Her previous roles include Crystal Palace FC, Sutton United FC and Aldershot Town FC. She currently works within the academy at Tottenham Hotspur FC alongside her role here at AJ Physio—supporting players from U8 academy level through to adult men’s and women’s teams.

As part of our exciting new partnership with Berkhamsted School, Olivia will also be working with the school to support its pupils with injury assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and providing experienced pitchside trauma cover.

Olivia enjoys helping people of all ages and activity levels recover from injury, manage pain and return confidently to the things they love. Whether that’s competitive sport, an active hobby or simply moving more comfortably day to day, she creates individualised rehabilitation programmes centred around each patient’s goals.

WELCOME TO THE TEAM 🤝

We’re excited to introduce Alex Albon, who joins AJPhysio as a Postgraduate Sports Therapist and will initially be providing Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy appointments.

Alex recently completed her Sports Therapy degree at the University of Hertfordshire and brings experience from a range of sporting environments, including rugby, hockey, netball, endurance events and pitch-side first aid. She has worked with teams such as Old Albanians Rugby, London Mavericks Netball, and at events including the London Marathon and rugby tournaments at Twickenham.

Alex has a real passion for patient care and helping people move and perform at their best, and we’re delighted to have her as part of the AJ Physio team.

Her clinic hours will be:

▪️ Wednesday: 2pm – 8pm
▪️ Friday: 8am – 2pm

At our core, we’re a community-focused, education-driven clinic.

We’re delighted to welcome Chris Wilkins to the team for his Friday clinical placements. Chris is a SCRAM student at Cardiff Met, a GB Para-Cycling athlete, and an aspiring Physiotherapist working towards his Master’s.

Through work placements, internships, and mentorship, we aim to support the next generation of clinicians while delivering trusted, evidence-based care through our multidisciplinary team.

We’re proud to be part of Chris’ clinical and athletic journey towards LA 2028.
