Beautiful rituals to slow you down 💕 sessions are an extended 75min for you to fully immerse and not rush. 5.30 is sold out, 7 has 1 space - without me really advertising which screams to me that this is the type of thing we need amongst the busyness of Summer - so I’ve added an extra 4pm session ✨

Just 4 more weeks of Beach Yoga & Sauna 💙 they’re the most sublime Sunday Mornings and I will miss flowing to the sound of the sea and these perfect views 👌

Sunday mornings 8-10am until August is over! We practice yoga on the beach first, then stroll up to the sauna and of course you can jump in the North Sea if you fancy (you should it’s a tropical 16 now)

Yes children are allowed in the sauna, as long as they’re 8+ and you book a private session 🧡. We would advise them to sit on the bottom bench, take regular breaks and drink plenty of water! It adds a little excitement running from the sauna down to the sea with their parents and bonus you can also channel your inner child! Make some gorgeous memories together this summer ✨✨✨✨✨

We gather by the sea to lay upon the soft sand with the shore gently drifting in and out behind us, whilst Suze - Sound Bath Practitioner, Reiki Healer 📍Ncl envelops you in dreamy sounds from her crystal bowls. To drop us in to practice, we will begin with a short meditation and some gentle yoga movement. Following the Soundbath, you can float on up to the sauna to ground and cleanse you (optional sea dips). There’ll be herbal tea for you to sit and chill pre or post sauna - nothing is rushed. This is a truly beautiful combination and we can’t wait to bring you all together to share this experience ✨✨✨✨✨
