Taking action for mental health can make a real difference, whether it’s for yourself, for someone else, or for all of us.

Raising awareness is important, but meaningful change happens when we turn that awareness into everyday actions.

Simple ways to take action include:

This week is Mental Health Awareness week and as a mental health champion practice we are proud to be supporting this campaign. As a surgery we have been taking part in different challenges to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation, and on the 14th May we will be wearing green in support of mental health awareness.
