You don’t just get a diagnosis.
You suddenly have to figure out:
– how to talk to school
– why behaviour feels more intense
– what support actually helps
– what you’re supposed to do next
And most of the advice out there is either:
too clinical
too vague
or not realistic for everyday life
So you end up thinking:
“Am I missing something?”
“Am I doing this wrong?”
“Why does this already feel so hard?”
You’re not missing anything.
You’ve just stepped into a system that isn’t set up to guide parents clearly.
This page is for that stage.
I’ll be sharing:
– what to say in school meetings
– how to understand behaviour without guesswork
– what actually helps day to day
So things start to make more sense.
If this is where you are—you're in the right place.
