Lyncroft Care Home in Wisbech provides residential and dementia care for up to fifty-two people. The care home has en-suite bedrooms, a pub, a bistro cafe, a hair salon and a pamper suite. Care staff have built strong connections with the local community; residents enjoy participating in local events in and around Wisbech. Residents enjoy daily home-cooked meals presented to restaurant standards. The highly trained care team is available around the clock to provide personal care and support.

We enjoyed a truly wonderful time participating in a lovely game of bingo yesterday, which was immediately followed by an engaging and entertaining quiz session. It was an incredibly fun-filled experience for everyone involved.🎉💖 It was also so delightful to have the residents' family members join in the activities with us. Afterwards, we settled down for an interesting conversation regarding various types of delicious seafood, specifically discussing winkles, cockles, and salty samphire seasoned with plenty of vinegar.

Last week, we enjoyed a truly wonderful and memorable day out at Hunstanton, 🏖️a coastal town affectionately known to many as "Sunny Hunny." 😎 We had an absolutely fabulous lunch, followed by a pleasant stroll along the promenade while the sun was shining brightly. To make the day even better, we managed to sneak in a delicious ice cream treat as well. 🍦 #

These friendly and informal sessions are a chance to connect with others who have loved ones living with dementia, share experiences, offer support, and enjoy a chat in a welcoming environment.

Whether you're looking for advice, understanding, or simply a listening ear, we'd love to welcome you, and we invite relatives of our residents, friends and our local community.

At the weekend, our afternoon was filled with wonderful entertainment as we enjoyed a lively game of "Name That Tune."🎶 It was truly delightful to hear the classic pub songs, with all our residents singing their hearts out. 🎤Afterwards, we watched the energetic performance of "Rock Around the Clock." Everyone had a fantastic time joining in, and it was lovely to see Phyllis get up and dance with Elizabeth.💜🥰

We would like to extend our most sincere thanks to Jason and his incredibly dedicated team for the exceptional work they performed in repairing our main gates. We truly appreciate all the persistent effort and hard work you invested to ensure that every aspect of the project was successfully completed by the 29th of August, which is in time for the upcoming Lynfest event. We are pleased to announce that we still have a few remaining spots available for talented individuals who would like to volunteer their time to showcase their unique skills.
