Do you only book a massage when something hurts, or do you make it part of your routine?

"How many massage sessions will I need?"

It depends on your goals, symptoms, and how long you've been experiencing them. While many clients notice improvements after their first session, longer-lasting results are often achieved through a series of treatments.

For ongoing muscle tension, aches, or movement restrictions, many people benefit from 3-4 weekly sessions initially. From there, treatment frequency can often be reduced to fortnightly, monthly, and eventually maintenance sessions as symptoms improve.
Remember, every body and every budget is different. While more frequent sessions may help achieve results faster, even monthly massages can make a noticeable difference to how you feel and move.

Think of it like exercise: consistency tends to produce better results than occasional sessions.

The Neck is a flexible structure that supports your head and connects it to the rest of your body.
