Medical Insurance Underwriter to Caremark Franchise Owner.

This sounds like a career change. In reality, it is a skills transfer.

Swati Bagwe has a degree in clinical engineering and built her career in medical insurance underwriting. Today, she is a franchise owner in the Caremark network, leading a home care business alongside her long-term friend and business partner, Shipra Mehta.

Underwriting is built on judgment, responsibility, and getting the details right. Those skills transfer directly into running a regulated home care business.
