The best people to explain Caremark are the people building their businesses with us.

In this video, Caremark Franchise Owners share what the opportunity has meant to them, from building a rewarding business, to helping people progress their careers, to having the freedom to support their local communities.

What comes through most is the sense of purpose.

Running a care business is about leadership, growth and responsibility. But it is also about recognising that the work you do can make a real difference to people’s lives.

That is what makes home care franchising with Caremark so powerful.

Community impact runs right through Caremark.

Our franchise owners do incredible work in their local areas, and our Franchise Support Centre team are proud to play their part too.

Recently, members of the team have been using their volunteering time to support causes close to the community, from gardening at Highdown Community Garden, to speaking with students at Angmering School, to helping at a supported living house for The Outlook Foundation.

It shows that care is what our network delivers as a service and something we put into practice through our people, our time and the communities around us.

Expert support is something you should be able to see in action.

Caremark’s National Marketing Manager, Rhianna Clavering, recently sat down with Bob McKay of Franchise Marketing News to share how Caremark approaches marketing across the network.

“The awards have been won, yes, but we need to continue to earn that position.”

That mindset is central to how we approach marketing support at Caremark.

The conversation gave a look at expert marketing support in action, from analysing campaign performance and listening to Franchise Owners, to testing new ideas, using technology carefully and strengthening the support available to local offices.

For Caremark, marketing support is about staying close to the network. It means asking what is working, where we can improve and how national activity can better support local growth.

That is what expert support looks like in practice.

Time says a lot about a franchise network.

This year, we are celebrating Caremark offices reaching major milestones.

So far, we have marked:

Caremark Kingston, 20 years
Caremark Charnwood, 15 years
Caremark Rotherham & Sheffield, 10 years
Caremark Bristol, 10 years
Caremark Hammersmith, 10 years

Behind every anniversary are years of care delivered, teams built, families supported and local trust earned.

The photos we are sharing span from the day franchise agreements were signed, through to office moments and the latest team photos.

These milestones bring the real care opportunity to life. With the right model, strong local leadership and expert support behind the business, franchise owners can build something that lasts in their community.

More milestone celebrations to come.

Home care is a sector driven by genuine need.

As highlighted in The King’s Fund’s latest Social Care 360 report, adult social care demand remains high, with older people making up a large share of new requests for support.

That is one reason home care continues to be such a strong franchise sector. It combines long-term demand with local impact, allowing franchise owners to build trusted care businesses that help people stay safe, comfortable and independent at home.

At Caremark, that is the real care opportunity. We can help you grow a business built around people, purpose and a clear need in communities across the country.

Home care franchising is not for everyone.

And that is exactly why the right people take it seriously.

It is a sector built on trust, standards, leadership and responsibility. You are not just investing in a business model. You are building a team, supporting families and becoming part of a service people rely on.

You do not need to come from a care background to become a Caremark Franchise Owner. But you do need to care about people, doing things properly and building a business in the right way.

Read through the carousel for a few things to think about before choosing care over another franchise sector.

“The franchisor has to be right for you.”

That line from Richard Rees sums up why his Caremark story is worth reading.

Richard already understood franchising before joining Caremark. He knew what to look for in a model, what good support should feel like and why the people behind the brand make a difference.

What he needed was the right sector, the right model and the right franchisor behind him.

His Caremark Swansea journey shows how experience from outside care can become a real strength when it is paired with training, structure and a clear focus on quality.

The way a franchise opportunity is presented tells you a lot.

In this clip from Elite Franchise Live, Caremark CEO David Glover shares a clear piece of advice for anyone considering franchising, in any sector.

A strong franchisor should help you understand the opportunity properly. Including:
→The model
→The support
→The expectations
→The reality of running the business

At Caremark, we believe franchise conversations should be open, honest and useful. The right opportunity should help you feel clearer, not pressured.
