Ceri has been a little quieter than usual over the last few months… but we can finally start sharing what she's been so busy working on behind the scenes! 💙
Over the last few months, Ceri has been working hard on supporting and developing our QCF Health & Social Care provision.
There's been paperwork.
There's been planning.
There's definitely been a lot of coffee. ☕😂
And, most importantly, she's been busy getting a new group of learners started on their QCF journey.
We're really excited to start talking more about this side of Altriss.
We're supporting learners across Wales with QCF Health & Social Care qualifications, from those developing their foundations in care through to experienced professionals progressing into leadership and management.
For Ceri and the rest of the Altriss team, though, this isn't simply about gaining a qualification.
We've always believed that good training should make a genuine difference to people and the organisations they work for.
Our QCF provision gives us the opportunity to support learners over a longer period, recognising the skills and experience they already have, developing their knowledge and confidence, and helping them take that next step in their career.
As our QCF Health & Social Care provision continues to grow, we're looking forward to supporting more learners across Wales and helping people develop their skills, confidence and careers within the sector
And seeing our newest learners getting started has made all that work behind the scenes completely worth it. 💙
So, while Ceri might have been a little quiet…
The Altriss Team certainly hasn't!
Over the next few weeks, we'll be sharing much more about QCF Health & Social Care with Altriss, including the qualifications available, how we support our learners, and what our QCF provision could mean for individuals and care providers across Wales.
