Hyrox Birmingham 2026 🏴✨
SUB 70 BABYYYYYYY!!! 🙌🏼
What a freaking race! When joe.missin messaged me telling me he wanted us to go for a sub 70 I didn’t know how to tell him that I thought he would be very disappointed 😂😳
And now we can stand here and say not only did we get a sub 70, but came away with a 68 minute race! 12 minutes off my last mixed PB too 🥹
It wasn’t luck by any means. I can safely say that I have been working my absolute backside off this summer, pushed through the low motivation days and setback, had injuries, illnesses and all the fun things that come with life. And then being partnered with an athlete like Joe… we didn’t just earn that time, we deserved it.
Thank you to my friends and family, as well as the incredible people I have around me that are always in my corner, sat watching the time tick over on their phones, and sent me the most incredible messages that I am so grateful for! 💜
The best coaches in the business Travis Brown | ONLINE COACHES Beth Holman | online coach . I think I scared them both with how positive I felt going into this race 😂 first time I haven’t cried in race week! (We love progress).
