📣 WE’RE RECRUITING – SUPPORT WORKER | MALTON

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Support Worker to join the team supporting a male client with an Acquired Brain Injury and visual impairment in the Malton area.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys getting out and about, technology, the gym and supporting someone to live an active and independent life.

📍 Malton
⏰ 32 hours per week – Wednesday to Saturday, 9am–5pm
👥 Available as ONE 32-hour role or TWO part-time/job share roles

💷 PAY
Weekdays – £14.76 per hour
Weekends – £15.89 per hour
Bank Holidays – £29.52 per hour

The role includes:
• Supporting social, leisure and community activities
• Gym and active lifestyle support
• Driving to appointments, activities and outings
• Supporting with technology and assistive technology
• Encouraging independence and rehabilitation goals
• Occasional Sunday working and holidays/trips away

⭐ NO PERSONAL CARE REQUIRED

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Has previous care/support experience
✔ Holds a full driving licence and is a confident driver
✔ Is reliable, patient and enthusiastic
✔ Is comfortable with technology
✔ Has a good sense of humour and enjoys getting out and about
✔ Can work well alongside family, Support Workers and therapists

Experience of Acquired Brain Injury or visual impairment would be great, but isn’t essential.

An interest in technology, fitness, Rugby League or football would definitely be a bonus!

We provide a full induction, client-specific training, regular supervision, ongoing development and out-of-hours management support.

🌟 WE ARE RECRUITING – PART TIME SUPPORT WORKER 🌟
Huddersfield

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to support a young man with cerebral palsy, complex needs and communication difficulties within his home and out in the community.

Our client has a fantastic sense of humour and is an adventurous, outgoing and family-orientated individual — this is a rewarding opportunity to truly make a difference.

You will work alongside other Support Workers, family members, management and a team of private therapists to support his ongoing rehabilitation.

🕒 Hours of Work
• 2 × Sleep-In shifts per week (8pm – 8:30am, varied days)
• 1 × Weekend day every other week (10am – 8pm)

💰 Rates of Pay
• Weekdays — £14.27 per hour
• Sleep-In — £12.21 per hour
• Weekends — £15.53 per hour

Flexibility is required. Personal care duties are essential within this role.

Full induction, ongoing training, supervision and out-of-hours support will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, trustworthy, motivated and able to follow guidance from colleagues and external professionals.
