不少人這一年都感覺身體特別「熱」🤭
也是的,今年天氣的特性是比較熱,性子較急的人,內在的陽性能量本就較旺,自然更容易感到燥熱。
從修行的角度來看,這正是一個培養耐性與穩定心性的好時機。當內在開始急躁、感到不適時,不妨練習讓心慢下來,回到安靜與寧靜之中。當心安定了,身體裡那股躁動的能量也會隨之沉澱,慢慢轉化為可以滋養身心的力量。
下星期五是端午節,農曆五月初五的正午,是一年之中陽氣最為鼎盛的時刻。在這個時候靜坐養心、調息養生,往往能達到事半功倍的效果。

Many people have been feeling an unusual sense of internal heat in their bodies this year.
This is not surprising. The overall climate this year tends toward heat, and for those with a more impatient or intense temperament, their internal yang energy is naturally stronger, making them more prone to feeling overheated or restless.
From a cultivation perspective, this is actually an ideal time to develop patience and stabilize the mind. When you notice yourself becoming agitated or uncomfortable, it is an opportunity to slow down and return to a state of inner quietness and stillness. As the mind settles, the restless energy within the body can gradually subside and transform into a more nourishing and supportive force.
Next Friday is the Dragon Boat Festival. At noon on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, yang energy reaches its peak for the entire year. Practicing meditation, regulating the breath, and nurturing the body and mind during this time can be especially effective, allowing you to achieve greater results with less effort.
