🏃🏃‍♀️This October, FirstMed Budapest doctors and nurses are running a marathon. Some are flying in from FirstMed Rome: English-Speaking Medical Clinic and FirstMed Milan: English-Speaking Medical Clinic on a weekend off to do it.

They are joining colleagues from Budapest at the Budapest Maraton®. Some run it every year. A few will run their first. Nobody was asked to. That is what makes us proud.

Many clinics talk about healthy living. Ours shows up at the start line.

🩺 We will also have a FirstMed tent at the race with free health checks, because we believe health is something you live out in the world, not just something that happens in a waiting room.

From a national title to a world start line. Scarlett is the young sprint kayaker FirstMed is proud to sponsor. Today she races the 2026 FISU World University Championships in Szeged, against student-athletes from more than 30 countries. Two weeks ago she won gold and bronze at the Hungarian National Championships.

Szeged is the heart of Hungarian kayaking, so she gets to race a world championship on home water. Backing athletes like Scarlett is part of how we invest in our community, and days like this are the reward.

The championships run 17 to 20 August. We will be watching every heat.
