Beautiful souls, I’ve been contemplating lately what the ultimate state of mind really is… ✨

Stanford University Professor Dr. Tina Seelig has spent years exploring the idea of luck and what seemingly “lucky” people do differently.

Her work suggests that luck isn’t simply random chance. We can actually increase the likelihood of fortunate things happening by taking small risks, stepping outside our usual routines, connecting with people, being open to unexpected opportunities and changing the way we interpret what happens to us.

And I find this fascinating.

What if the ultimate state of mind is believing that life is full of possibility? That opportunities are everywhere — but we have to be open enough to actually see them?

Perhaps “lucky” people aren’t simply blessed with better circumstances. Perhaps they move through life expecting possibility, noticing openings and being willing to act when they appear.

Maybe we can actually cultivate luck. ✨
