Ever feel like your muscles are permanently locked up, even though you are drinking water and trying to stretch? When a tissue or joint is in distress, your nervous system forces the surrounding muscles to contract. Attempting a traditional stretch can cause the muscle to contract even harder to protect itself.

At the same time, repetitive training compresses your fascia like a dry sponge, meaning the water you drink cannot reach the tightest spots.

We use Atlasbalans fascia therapy to gently break this cycle without any forceful pulling. The harmonic waves reassure the nervous system so muscles can stop contracting, while rehydrating the fascial layers so they can glide smoothly again. Swipe to learn more.
