This one is close to my heart.

We are rasing funds for a sensory room in Scoil Chriost Ri, Enniscrone.

As parents, families, neighbours and community members, we all want the same thing, for our children to feel safe, supported and happy in school. Every donation, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to creating a space that will benefit children in our community for years to come.

You can purchase a ticket to join us and choose your donation amount so there is no pressure. All proceeds go towards the costs of building a sensory room in the school.

I'd really love if we could raise a good amount to help 🩷

P.S. I'm always up for helping community initiatives, so if you have, or you think a local charity needs help, hit me up

From 4 to 40... here's what I've realised so far.

I can have heavy days. Days where everything feels harder than it should. I've realised we need to prioritise ourselves a lot more than we do. More sleep. More water. More movement. More fresh air. More laughter. Most of us aren't burned out because life is hard. We're burned out because we've convinced ourselves we should come last.

I've realised not everyone is my cup of tea, and I'm not everyone's either. I've stopped chasing people and relationships that don't deserve me. Some relationships are lessons. Some are blessings.

I've learned that boundaries aren't selfish. The people who benefit from you having none will often be the ones most upset when you create them.

I've realised that healing isn't becoming a different person. It's remembering who you were before life convinced you that you weren't enough.

I've realised that the most important relationship I'll ever have is the one I have with myself. And for the first time in my life, I genuinely like the person I am.

I love how I spend my time.
I love the people around me.
I love the life we're building.
I love the safe space I've built in the studio.

I'm far from perfect. I can be stubborn. I overthink. I trust too easily. I care deeply. I get things wrong.
But my values show up in my actions, not my words.
You'll probably feel how much you mean to me long before you'll hear me say it.

The older I get, the less interested I am in impressing people and the more interested I am in being a good person.

40 feels less like getting older and more like coming home to myself.
