The peaceful death has occurred at his home, surrounded by his loving family of Robert McCool, Tirnaleague, Carndonagh.

Beloved husband of Mary Claire and much-loved father of Denise (Finbarr), Ronan (Aisling), Judy (Campbell), and Lochlainn (Anne).

Predeceased by his brother Patrick and his twin sister Roisin.

Dear brother of Maureen, Sean and Anne.

Robert is deeply regretted by his grandchildren Oisín, Calum, Anais, Fergus, Lucia, Eve, Orla, Fianna, Jude, Lughaidh and Sean, his nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

MAY ROBERT REST IN PEACE

Robert’s remains will repose at his home in Tirnaleague (F93R297) this afternoon Sunday from 12:00pm where all are welcome to pay their respects.

Removal from there on Tuesday morning at 11:30am going to the The Church of the Sacred Heart, Carndonagh for Requiem Mass at 12:00 midday, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

We, the family of the late Martin Mullan, would like to extend heartfelt thanks and appreciation to everyone who supported us after our loss.

To all who attended the wake and funeral mass, sent mass cards, messages of condolence and flowers, we thank you.

Special thanks goes to the first responders who attended to Martin in his home, along with the Gardaí and all the staff at the Intensive Care Unit at Altnagelvin Area Hospital: you have our eternal respect and gratitude.

Thanks to the Very Reverend Con Mc Laughlin and the Reverend Charles Logue for the dignified funeral ceremony and burial, to Joanne and Finbar for the beautiful music and to the sacristan for her preparation of the church.

Thanks to Blaine, Anthony, and everyone at Kelly's Funeral Directors for their impeccable professionalism and attention to detail in conducting all funeral arrangements.

To the gravediggers who prepared Martin's final resting place and the neighbours and friends who helped in so many ways, we thank you.

The death has occurred at Altnagelvin Area Hospital of Martin (Barney) Mullan, Millbrae, Carndonagh, formerly Ballybofey.

Predeceased by his daughter Alice, and a beloved husband of Geraldine and much-loved father of David.

Dear brother of Seamus and deeply regretted by his grandchildren Noah and Bram, his daughter-in-law Aine, his nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.
