You fixed the pain. Then it came back.
Most runners rest, recover, get better, then re-injure the same area when training increases.
Why? Because you treated the symptom, not the cause.
A runner performance screening identifies what’s actually causing the problem. Not where it hurts. What’s making it hurt.
Is it weak glutes? Poor ankle mobility? A movement compensation? A strength asymmetry?
