Four years ago, Aria was 3 weeks old at her first Pride march.

Four years later, she’s walking beside us.

She’s grown up. So has our family.

But one thing hasn’t changed.

Ireland still doesn’t fully recognize our family.

That’s why we march.

Because Pride isn’t just a celebration. It’s a reminder that rights are won by people who keep showing up, year after year.

We dream of the day our daughters can march through Dublin knowing their country recognizes them as completely as New York does.

Until then, we’ll keep marching. For them. 🌈❤️

Fatherhood isn’t one big moment… it’s a thousand little ones.

The bedtime stories, the school runs, the dance classes, the cuddles, the chaos, the tears, the laughter, and all the memories in between.

Being Daddy to Aria and Nala is the greatest privilege of my life. And getting to do it alongside Eoin makes it even more special. The girls are so lucky to have him as their Papa, and I’m lucky to share this journey with him.

That’s how long we had our 3-year-old.

Today, with one little snip, she’s 4.

The days can feel long, but somehow the years disappear.

11 years ago today, Ireland voted yes.

I still remember the feeling in the streets that day. The joy. The relief. The belief that our country had changed forever.

We believed the promise was equality.

Not just for us, but for the children we would one day have.

Today, Eoin and I are raising two beautiful daughters, and yet our family still exists in a legal grey area that no child should ever have to grow up in.

That is the part people do not see when they celebrate how far Ireland has come.

Behind every delay, every gap in the law, every political excuse, are real children and real families left without the protections other families take for granted.

Our girls deserve certainty.
They deserve protection.
They deserve equality.

Because the promise made to families like ours 11 years ago was not partial equality.

It was equality.
