| Just a week since our whirlwind 48 hours in Donegal 💚

We flew home for a gorgeous family wedding at , then spent day two in Kilcar exploring a little more of Donegal.

From Muckross Head, to meeting Kathleen Meehan and trying on one of her beautiful hand-knit sweaters, to Mickey Joe Harte surprising the bride and groom and singing on night two, we somehow packed a lot into 48 hours. And naturally, one too many Guinnesses were involved 😂

We were lucky enough to be hosted by for the wedding night and absolutely loved it. Such a gorgeous hotel, and we will definitely be back.

First day of school for BOTH our girls. 🥹💗

Aria is officially a Pre-K girl and Nala is off to 2-K - and somehow they suddenly look far too grown up. 😭

But today also marks another major family milestone…

For the first time since becoming a parent, Papa is officially child-free from 8am-2pm. Every. Single. Weekday. 😂🥂

The girls are ready to learn, paint, sing, dance and apparently become a teacher and a princess.

Papa is ready to discover who he is again. 😂

Happy first day, Aria & Nala. We’re so proud of you both. 💕

Four years ago, Aria was 3 weeks old at her first Pride march.

Four years later, she’s walking beside us.

She’s grown up. So has our family.

But one thing hasn’t changed.

Ireland still doesn’t fully recognize our family.

That’s why we march.

Because Pride isn’t just a celebration. It’s a reminder that rights are won by people who keep showing up, year after year.

We dream of the day our daughters can march through Dublin knowing their country recognizes them as completely as New York does.

Until then, we’ll keep marching. For them. 🌈❤️

Fatherhood isn’t one big moment… it’s a thousand little ones.

The bedtime stories, the school runs, the dance classes, the cuddles, the chaos, the tears, the laughter, and all the memories in between.

Being Daddy to Aria and Nala is the greatest privilege of my life. And getting to do it alongside Eoin makes it even more special. The girls are so lucky to have him as their Papa, and I’m lucky to share this journey with him.

Happy Father’s Day, Papa ❤️

And Happy Father’s Day to every dad, stepdad, grandad, father figure, and anyone showing up with love every single day.
