We came across this on another page thoughts and prayers are with the family of this young girl.

ELEVEN.

A child. A little girl who should’ve been laughing with friends, enjoying school holidays and being excited about growing up not feeling so mentally destroyed that she believed death was the only way out.

This is what happens when bullying gets ignored, laughed off as “banter”, or brushed under the carpet until it’s too late.

I’m sick of hearing people say “kids are cruel” like that somehow makes it acceptable. No what’s cruel is allowing children to be tormented day after day while adults fail to step in properly.

Some kids go home from school carrying pain that nobody sees. Humiliation, isolation, online abuse, group chats tearing them apart and people wonder why children’s mental health is collapsing.

As a dad, this absolutely fu***ng breaks me. No parent should ever have to bury their child because other kids decided to make their life hell.

Schools need to stop worrying more about reputations than protecting vulnerable children. Parents need to stop defending disgusting behaviour just because it’s their own kid doing it.

An 11-year-old child should NEVER feel su***de is their only escape. That is a complete failure somewhere along the line.

Absolutely heartbreaking. And I honestly think this country needs to wake the f**k up to what bullying is doing to young people before more children end up dead. 💔

Never understand esamtine the power of nature. I love getting out and just listing to the wind in the trees and the sound of birds singing. It resets my mind. We all need a break from time to time even if it is for 30 minutes.

I wish more people knew sooner... that not being hungry in the morning, feeling ragey and irritable, always being in a rush, needing coffee or wine just to get through the day, having anxiety, constant fatigue, cold hands and feet, brain fog, chest tightness, and waking up at 3am staring at the ceiling are not “normal adult problems.” They are warning signs that stress is slowly destroying your mind and body.

Your body keeps score of everything your heart tries to survive.

Some people have been in survival mode for so long that they don’t even remember what real peace feels like anymore. They laugh while exhausted, smile while overwhelmed, and keep pushing through life even when their nervous system is begging them to slow down. They call it being “busy,” but deep down they know they are running on empty.

Stress doesn’t always show up as a breakdown.
Sometimes it shows up as snapping at people you love.
As feeling numb.
As never being able to relax.
As overthinking every little thing.
As needing constant distractions just to avoid sitting alone with your thoughts.

And the scary part is… most people ignore the signs until their body forces them to stop.

You deserve a life where your body feels safe.
Where rest doesn’t make you feel guilty.
Where peace feels familiar instead of uncomfortable.
Where you don’t have to earn rest by exhausting yourself first.

Healing is not laziness.
Slowing down is not weakness.
Taking care of yourself is not selfish.
