We are a recovery orientated day service for people with experience of mental health difficulties.

This page is designed to keep members and any interested potential members informed about the work, day to day activities and opportunities that we offer in Conaí Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is a proven model of recovery and we believe that everyone can recover from mental ill health by accessing community supports and wellness. Each member who attends the Clubhouse contributes to the growth of our Clubhouse community and more importantly you will get to work on your own personal recovery. We offer tours every Tuesday at 11.30, please contact us on 8053472 to make an appointment.

🍏We made our own spiced apple chutney and homemade crusty white bread for this weeks bake off. We used lovely autumn ingredients including oranges, apple juice, cinnamon, cloves and granny smith apples. We served it with cheddar cheese for the morning break and it went down a treat. We got five jars so thankfully we will see our lovely chutney for break again.😁

Well done to Shannon, who has successfully completed Week 3 of her work experience placement! 🎉

This week, Shannon has been building her skills by working with industrial printers and helping to process orders. It's fantastic to see her gaining practical experience and growing in confidence every day.
