There’s still time, and 15% off. So, that hem you keep meaning to fix? You could do it yourself.
Learning to use a sewing machine changes how you see the things you own. Trousers that are too long, a cushion cover that’s seen better days, a favourite top with a split seam: suddenly they’re not things to replace, they’re things you can fix, alter and make your own.
Our Intro to Sewing Workshop is designed for complete beginners. In one relaxed morning, you’ll learn the fundamentals: how to thread the machine, fill and insert a bobbin, sew straight seams and finish them neatly. You’ll put it all into practice by making your own tote bag to take home.
