Our inaugural PMAV - Prevention and Management of Aggression and Violence Instructor Course was successfully concluded this week and feedback from all the course delegates was both fantastic and very encouraging.

The smaller group numbers allowed for more interaction and discussion, and allowed us to comfortably run the course over 2 days as distinct from the 3 that were originally planned. As such we intend to stick with this winning formula going forward.

This MAPA style course is ideal for anyone who may face aggressive or violent behaviour at work such as healthcare workers, social workers, educational services, and people in public facing roles.
