What to expect:
The Metal Element
Autumn is a season of transition, encouraging us to move from activity and expansion into stillness, reflection, and release. It offers an opportunity to pause, breathe deeply, and create space for what is to come.
The Lung & Large Intestine Meridians
This workshop will focus on the Lung and Large Intestine channels, traditionally associated with respiration, immunity, elimination, and the ability to release — both physically and emotionally.
Emotional clarity
Decision‑making
Flexibility (physical + mental)
Vision and forward movement
As we transition toward the Fire Element of summer, this workshop helps you clear out stagnation, soften tension, and create space for joy, creativity, and ease.
What to Expect in the Workshop
This is a deeply nourishing, slow-paced experience blending:
Seasonal yoga to open the Liver & Gallbladder meridians
Gentle breathwork to support the Wood → Fire transition
Acupuncture to regulate the nervous system and balance qi
Guided rest to integrate the work and restore your energy
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more attuned to the natural rhythm of the season.
Through gentle, grounding Yin Yoga and acupuncture, you’ll be invited to:
Slow down and reconnect with yourself
Support deep, mindful breathing
Release physical and emotional tension
Create space for rest and renewal
Embrace the inward energy of autumn
