✨️I wrote this when I coming out of the time I completely lost my self to ME. I lost my job as a nurse, and I lost the friends at the time, I nearly lost my time on this earth. I really hit the 'Dark Night of my Soul.'
✨️So I have the most loving respect for those going through this at this time, this is why I am sharing this. I was told I wouldn't get better ~ and yet I did, completely. There is always hope, please know that. 🙏

ME? Why Me?
"I don't understand. You hear yourself cry and nobody hears you. Brain and body unite in a continuous feud.
One thing than another goes wrong in varying degrees. Could be your memory, your speech, your body, your joints, the whole of you.
Your essence is stripped and your dignity is no more. Hanging on by a thread with you trying to be understood. Nobody understands, how can they as you don't understand.
Your body and mind have switched off and will not correspond, battling with each other. No recognition to that which you are known since birth.
So you make big changes so you can mostly be free. Of the damage within and without this invisible illness can do.
You change all that you were your body's request. As you never want to visit that lonely place again. The dark night of the Soul was only one step away.
You appreciate the gifts you have been given. So gleefully snatched away from before. You are too busy to listen to your mind and body needs, and you showed no respect. Therefore it made you ill, a version of yourself you did not know or recognise.
That will not happen again. I will listen, I AM listening."

🌹In 2025 I designed a 6 week programme called "Tuning For Health". This was based on the Clinic Research I did, collaborating with Dr Neha Sharma and her team. The clinical study finding were published in a Journal.
🌹The lovely Ambassador of Sound Denise Hill introduced the Tuning for Health Free Programme to participates from Ireland ME Society and using the Triple OM track, and a supported 6 week online sessions, the results were very positive.
