It is a numbers game and this is why it feels like this too. It always did so do not worry keep going and keep putting yourself out there.

1. Do three things everyday to work on your confidence. e.g. read a book on it, hire a coach.
2. Get out of your comfort zone every day just two to three steps out.

Research has shown it is how our brains engage together is what counts.

Not taking anything personally. These people are strangers until you meet them in real life.

Talking to lots of people and not having all your eggs in one basket.

Having an intention to get a date asap. Research has shown the longer to talk to someone online the less likely you are of getting a date.

It is listening. It is REALLY hearing what the person is saying and why. It is also hearing what they are NOT saying.

If you listen and hear the person they will want to tell you their story and this is what creates emotional connection and this is the holy grail of dating. Oprah said that everyone has a story to tell and I am saying you want to show this person that you are the one that they should tell it to.

These are the three patterns that I see people doing who don't succeed in love...

1. They do not follow the blue print that works.

2. They give up the minute it gets a bit harder

3. They are not being consistent in their actions.

Stick to what works, cause we know it works, be consistent and keep going till you break through the barrier. You can succeed!
