A huge thank you to everyone who attended, participated, volunteered, and helped make our Family Fun Dog Show such a wonderful success. Your support means so much and helps us continue our work promoting positive mental health in our community.

🐾 A Huge Thank You to the Edwards Lifesciences Mental Health ERG! 🐾

This year, our charity partners at Edwards Lifesciences hosted their own pet competition in support of LMHA, alongside our Family Dog Show. With over 40 fantastic entries, they raised an incredible €510 for the charity. Thank you to everyone who took part and supported this wonderful initiative! 💙

We're also delighted to introduce their Best in Show winner – Obi! 🏆

Obi is a 7-year-old Golden Labrador whose owners describe him as a loyal, adventurous, and much-loved member of their family. His adventurous spirit has even led to a dramatic rescue mission after a fall of more than 30 feet into deep water! Thankfully, Obi's courage, determination, and resilience saw him through.

His bravery and tenacity shine through every day, and his family very proud to celebrate him as this year's winner.

Congratulations, Obi! 🎉🐾

As an added gesture of support, Obi and the Edwards team have kindly donated a hamper that will be presented as a prize at this weekend's Dog Show.

Looking to move, connect, and dance for joy, expression, and wellbeing? Join Movement for Your Mind, a series of welcoming dance classes delivered by Dance Limerick in partnership with Limerick Mental Health Association.

Whether you're a complete beginner or love to dance, these sessions are all about supporting your mental and physical health in a fun, inclusive environment.

Please take a minute or two to nominate Limerick Mental Health Association CLG (LMHA) for the AIB Community Million Fund. Our charity number is 20204688.

We would also be very grateful if you could ask your family and friends to nominate LMHA as well.

Being awarded this funding would provide a significant boost to our service, enabling us to offer even more activities, classes, events, and training opportunities for those who rely on our support.

We have not yet been successful in securing this fund, so we are hopeful that this will be our year!
