Quality of birth
As we know that parents to whom one is born or country where one is born have a bearing on the quality of life a petson is likely to lead as he grows . E.g. birth in a rich family will ensure good bringing good life to the person . Similarly a person born in USA or Europe is expected to be well off .
Astrologically Panchang which consists of Tithi Vaar Birth Nakshatra Karana and Yoga on the date of birth helps us to predict the quality of life of the native . There are certain combinations of planets Tithis Vaar - weekday which ate considered Shubh or Ashubh as the case may be .

I have dealt in details about debilitation of planets . How debilitated planets behave and when debilitation of planets is cancelled it gives rise to Raj Yoga . By Raj Yoga we mean it will help the native in respect to social status wealth etc . However remember that debilitated planet is a weak planet and it gives rise to health issues .
I am giving a few examples of cancellation of debilitation .
Chart 1 .
19 112 1999 09 40 00 am 22 N 15 84 E 48
In this chart Sat is debilitated in Aries . Its Debilitation lord Mars is in 1st house Kendra house from Lagna . Hence debilitation of Saturn is cancelled and Saturn is Raj Yoga Karaka .
Chart 2 :
20 09 1993 12 40 00 PM 27 N 10 & 78 E 1
In this chart Moon is debilitated in Scorpio in first house . Exaltation lord of Moon is Venus as Moon is exalted in Ta**us . Venus is in 10th house Kendra house from Lagna as well as Moon . The debilitation of Moon is therefore cancelled .
Chart 3 :
25 10 1996 05 45 00 pm 31 N 32 & 74 E 20
Sun is debilitated in 7th house . Its debilitation lord Venus is 7th kendra from Moon . Hence debilitation of Sun is cancelled .
Venus is also debilitated in Virgo . Its debilitation lord Mercury is in kendra from Lagna . Hence debilitation of Venus is cancelled .
Note : Remember there is only debilitation lord and two exaltation lords of a debilitated planet . If either of them is in kendra from lagna or Moon the debilitation is cancelled .

Debilitated planets :
In last three posts i talked about the nature of debilitated planets . They are weak planets who tend yo give adverse results in respect to their own significations and in respect to tbe areas of house where posited and of houses owned by them . But when their debilitation is cancelled these planets are said to give Raj Yoga .
In this post i am giving the rules for cancellation of the debilitation of these planets .
1. The most common rule is when the debilitation lord or the exaltation lord of the debilitated planet is in kendra from the Asc or Moon .
Now what is Debilitation and exaltation lord .
Debilitation lord of a debilitated planet is the lord of sign where the planet is debilitated . E.g. Mars is debilitated in Cancer . So Moon is its debilitation lord . Saturn is debilitated in Aries . So Mars is the debilitation lord of Saturn . So if Mars is found to be in a Kendra house from Asc or from Moon then we say that Saturn's debilitation is cancelled . Note that from Asc it is in Kendra house and from Moon it is to be either conjunct with Moon or at 4th 7th 10th position from Moon . We have to count the no of houses 1 4 7 10 .
2. Exaltation lord : There are two exaltation lords of a debilitated planet .
2.1 : lord of the sign where the debilitated planet is exalted .
2.2 planet who gets exalted in the sign in which the debilitated planet is posited .
E.g. In the above example of Saturn . The exaltation lord of Saturn shall be Venus and Sun because Saturn is exalted in Libra lord Venus and Sun is exalted in Aries .

Debilitated Planets
In last two posts i discussed the effects of debilitated planets . Debilitated planets are weak planets and tend to give adverse results in respect to their significations and houses owned by them . However following may also be noted .
1. Debilitated planets give Raj Yoga when their debilitation is cancelled . The rules for cancellation of debilitation i will give in next post . It is a great plus point .
2. Quite often you will find that debilitated planets are not alone ; they could be conjunct with another benefic or malefic planet or aspected by such planet or they could be Vargottam means occupy same sign in D1 and D9 etc etc . In such situations the adversity of a debilitated planet is modified , reduced or enhanced depending upon the nature of influence . E.g. if a debilitated planet is conjunct with a benefic planet naturally benefic of 5th lord or 9th lord its maleficence is reduced . Similarly when conjunct with a vargottam planet . Conjunction or aspect by a naturally malefic planet like Saturn Rahu Ketu Mars or Trika lords will enhance its maleficence .
3. Debilitated planets generally give health issues .
