Healing is often found in the quiet things—journaling your thoughts, getting proper rest, and spending time alone to reconnect with yourself. Talking about your feelings, listening to your body, and taking breaks from social media can gently ease the weight you carry.

Practicing self-kindness, allowing yourself to pause, doing things you genuinely love, and being patient with your journey are all forms of healing too.
