It endeavours to provide Mental Health Services such as Counseling, Psychotherapy, Emotional Intelligence Coaching. Some people call this ability survival instinct; some name it 'gut feeling' or willpower. Whatever it be called, there is something innate in us that drives us to understand things in a certain way, act as per what works for us and push ourselves to work on issues and make things rig

ht. It is this power that lies at the heart of our being and self-exploration. During challenging times we need to remember that we possess the power to explore, resolve, and change to become better than we already are. While most of the time, you are able to remind yourself of this power, there will be times when you will require the help to remind you of the same. Hence, at I'm Powered, we work towards helping you cope with the struggles that interfere with your goals, relationships, and overall sense of well-being by helping you discover your inner strength. We need to believe and allow ourselves to use our innate capabilities to grow and evolve. About DAMINI GROVER

Even before being a trained psychologist, I always found myself interacting and engaging with people –teaching, offering advice, suggestions, solutions or sometimes just sharing perspective to ease things out and bring some clarity into the picture. Hence, choosing Psychology came naturally. I graduated in Psychology from the renowned Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University and further, did my Masters in Counselling Psychology from Amity University, Noida. Soon my interest in Psychology turned out to become my passion. Counselling for me is not just about offering solutions. Instead, it is a journey embarked upon by the individual and counsellor, into a sea of in-depth exploration and emotional awareness. In this journey, the counsellor supports the individual to understand his/her own emotions and thought processes to make informed decisions and choices. I, at ‘I'M Powered’, try to help you explore through these and empower you with the tools needed to deal with the challenges, problems, pressures and hassles in your life. I believe that, "We all have the power to be empowered" and hence go by the vision and name of 'I'm Powered'.

You keep pouring your time into the same jar. Doom scrolling. Procrastination. No boundaries. Avoidance. And then you wonder why the life you actually want (success, health, real relationships) never fills up.

It’s not about willpower. It’s about which jar you’re feeding, minute by minute, choice by choice.

What would change if you moved even one habit from the “patterns” jar to the “life you want” jar today? 🫙

You can love someone with everything you have, and it still might not be enough. Not because the feelings weren’t real but because love alone was never meant to carry a relationship on its own.

Compatibility, accountability, respect, the willingness to actually sit in conflict instead of running from it these are the things that decide whether love turns into something sustainable, or something that slowly wears you down. If a relationship leaves you anxious, exhausted, or constantly walking on eggshells, that’s information. Listen to it.

Letting go doesn’t mean the love wasn’t real. Sometimes it’s proof of the opposite that you loved enough to finally choose peace over performance. 🤍

Half of us are living with the same disease “log kya bolenge.” What will people say. It shows up everywhere, in the smallest decisions and the biggest ones.

Two voices feed it. One is outside society, family, strangers deciding who you’re allowed to be. The other is inside, comparing, criticizing, whispering that you’re still not enough.

Neither of them gets to run your life. Your voice does. 🤍

Kinda chic to be all of it at once. 💫

Psychologist by profession, author by heart, and human first Damini’s world has always been bigger than one label. From writing the hard-won lessons into “Time to Come Home,” to sharing a stage with book translated into languages she can’t even read, to salsa-ing her way through a day full of holding space for others this is what a full, honest life looks like.

Because healing isn’t just what she does for others. It’s also dancing, laughing at happy accidents, and trusting yourself enough to keep showing up as all of who you are.

You’re not “too sensitive” or “overreacting” you’re carrying more than what’s happening in this exact moment. Anxiety and overwhelm don’t always show up because of today. Sometimes they’re echoes of something your nervous system never fully finished processing. 🧠💛

That’s the thing about healing it’s not linear, and it’s definitely not about “just letting it go.” Your body remembers. And when it speaks up, it’s not a malfunction it’s information.

So next time that heavy feeling creeps in without an obvious reason, pause. Get curious instead of critical. Ask what part of your story might be asking to be seen. That’s where the real work and the real relief begins. ✨

For a long time, I thought healing meant making it disappear. Like if I scrubbed hard enough, cried enough, tried to “move on” enough it would just stop being part of my story.

But trauma doesn’t erase. You can rub at it, pick at it, wish it away and it’s still there, underneath. No matter how hard you try, you can’t undo what happened.

What you can do is stop letting it be the whole picture. You build around it something alive, something yours. The wound doesn’t vanish, but it stops being the only thing that grows there. 🌻

Because choosing yourself is not wrong :)

There is a difference between doing things just for yourself and also doing things for yourself. If Choosing yourself makes you feel guilty then it's because that's what you were conditioned to believe. And beliefs can be changed :)
