కాలేయం మన శరీరంలో అత్యంత ముఖ్యమైన అవయవాలలో ఒకటి. ఇది మన శరీరాన్ని విషపదార్థాల నుండి శుభ్రపరచడం, జీర్ణక్రియను సక్రమంగా నిర్వహించడం, శక్తిని నిల్వ చేయడం వంటి కీలక పనులు చేస్తుంది.
ప్రస్తుత జీవనశైలిలో మార్పులు, అధిక కొవ్వు ఆహారం, మద్యపానం, అలసత్వం వల్ల కాలేయ సంబంధిత వ్యాధులు పెరుగుతున్నాయి. ముఖ్యంగా ఫ్యాటీ లివర్ వంటి సమస్యలు నిశ్శబ్దంగా ప్రారంభమై, తరువాత తీవ్రమవుతాయి.
