Ever wondered, “Why do I keep doubting myself even when I know I’m capable?”
Sometimes, the voice holding you back isn’t really yours.
Our limiting beliefs can come from childhood experiences, repeated criticism, comparison, rejection, failures, family expectations, or moments when we felt we weren’t “good enough.”
Over time, these experiences can become subconscious beliefs like:
“I’m not capable.”
“I have to please everyone.”
“I’m not worthy of success.”
“People will judge me.”
“I’ll probably fail anyway.”
The important part? A belief is not always a fact.
What was once a way of protecting yourself may now be quietly limiting your choices, confidence, relationships, and growth.
Healing begins when you start questioning the beliefs you’ve been carrying—and asking:
“Is this really my truth, or something I learned to believe?”
Your subconscious mind can learn new patterns too. 🤍
