1) 38 yr f presented with LBA with rt radicular pain since 3 yrs .on mri there is disc prolapse at L45 nd L5S1 .
Today I hav treated her with rt sided L4 ,L5 selective nerve rooot neuroplasty with OZONE DISSCECTOMY of L5S1 level .
