Our training program introduces you to all Pilates equipment—including the chair—because a truly classical Pilates teacher understands and uses every apparatus. Each one brings a unique dimension, a different experience for the body.

Pilates is a complete method. The equipment complements one another—they are never meant to be separated or compared. The reformer isn’t “harder,” the chair isn’t “less important,” and the mat is never “boring.”

Together, they work in harmony to develop a balanced, uniformly strong body—and ultimately, to guide people back to health, movement, and life.
