Every year, graduate trainee programmes bring in fresh talent and fresh risk. Before they get access to your systems, your client data and your money, one question is worth asking.

How much do you actually know about the person you are about to onboard?

A strong CV proves someone can write a strong CV. A good interview proves they can interview well. Neither proves the degree is real, that the name matches the documents, or that the address is where they say it is.

That gap is where problems start. And it is always cheaper to close before day one than after.

At Background Check International we verify academic credentials, confirm identities, and validate claims against credible sources, so your graduate intake is a pipeline you can trust.

Verify before you onboard.
