Karuna Nepal is pleased to partner with Head Nepal (Himalayan Education and Development Nepal) to support the implementation of the Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Program (DPRP) in Karnali Province.

Creating an inclusive society requires more than a single organization’s effort, it requires strong partnerships, local leadership, and a shared commitment to sustainable change. Through this collaboration, we aim to strengthen existing systems and expand access to disability prevention, rehabilitation, and inclusion services for persons with disabilities and their families. By combining Head Nepal’s deep-rooted understanding of Karnali’s communities with Karuna’s 14 years of experience and evidence-based DPRP model, we are working towards a future where support is accessible, locally owned, and sustainable.

Through this partnership, we aspire to create communities where persons with disabilities and their families have greater access to opportunities, support, and services, enabling them to live with dignity, independence, and equal participation.
